Senior Analyst, Project Management

CVS Health is dedicated to building a world of health around every individual by simplifying healthcare. The Senior Analyst, Project Management role combines high-level project management with administrative tasks to support Medicaid standardization initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Review intakes assigned to you: ensure you have complete and accurate details in order to assess the next steps for the request
• Conducts routine collaboration with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Takes ownership of special projects or ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Lead Director
• Lead and manage key strategic projects related to Medicaid standardization initiatives
• Use a centralized platform to track project progress
• Plan and facilitate meetings, including creating agendas, preparing presentation materials, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items
• Prepare and deliver project progress reports highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Administer leadership and guidance to project team(s), fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance
• Install project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness in project execution

Requirements:

• 3 years' experience leading and/or supporting projects using lean tools / Agile methodologies
• Proven ability to research and analyze business challenges, articulate requirements, and communicate effectively to business and stakeholders
• Extensive powerpoint & presentation development skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required
• Experience in working on projects or process improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated ability in managing multiple priorities
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills and demonstrated experience in using tools such as Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
• Project Management Certification
• Power BI development skills
