They are seeking a Software Development Director to lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for developing software infrastructure for cloud products, ensuring they meet high standards of reliability and scalability.

• Scalable leadership, demonstrated ability to grow teams and lead through others
• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team; set goals, coach, and drive accountability
• Knowledge of distributed systems and ability build large scale cloud architectures
• Define KPIs for the organization and lead the team through strong operational rigor
• Ability to partner effectively with multiple external organizations to drive results
• Effectively represent the organization to senior leadership
• Knowledge of current enterprise GPU technology is helpful, but not required
