CVS Health is a company dedicated to building a world of health around every individual. They are seeking an Analyst to join their Medicaid Finance Central Reporting team, responsible for developing and maintaining structured reports and ad-hoc analyses to support financial operations and strategic decision making for Aetna Medicaid markets.
Responsibilities:
- Collects, organizes, and analyzes healthcare data from various sources such as revenue and claims data
- Assists with the upkeep and general maintenance of databases
- Translates complex data into information and assists users in its interpretation to support decision making
- Provides assistance in assessing, planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating systems, processes, and applications to facilitate the efficient production of financial reports
- Generates reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track, monitor, and evaluate financial results and operational efficiencies
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement by leveraging data analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation
Requirements:
- 1+ years of professional experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Excel
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience with Tableau preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
