Financial Analyst | $95/hr Remote

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Expert to support their financial decision-making processes. The role involves analyzing complex datasets, developing financial models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance strategic planning initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex financial and marketing datasets to generate actionable business intelligence
• Develop, refine, and implement financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support decision-making
• Create and improve analytical rubrics and frameworks to enhance AI model training and performance
• Prepare, review, and optimize financial reporting aligned with US GAAP and IFRS standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning initiatives
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control requirements
• Advise stakeholders on SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, CAC, and LTV to inform growth strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• Strong experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, audit, or SaaS finance
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Investment banking experience strongly preferred
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are preferred
• Strong years of overall professional experience preferred
• Deep experience with SaaS metrics and performance analytics is advantageous
