
Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms.
Refill water, bread, and other table items as needed.
Assist servers with guest requests.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Deliver food orders accurately and promptly from kitchen to guests.
Verify plate presentation and accuracy before leaving the kitchen.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff.
Assist with expo station organization and cleanliness.
Respond promptly to guest needs and special requests.
Restock liquor, beer, wine, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies.
Prepare garnishes and assist with bar prep.
Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
Change kegs and monitor inventory levels.
Assist bartenders during high-volume service periods.
Previous restaurant, bar, or hotel F&B experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 40 lbs), and bend for extended periods.
Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service (if applicable).
Fast-paced hotel restaurant and bar setting.
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
Exposure to hot surfaces, cleaning chemicals, and kitchen equipment.
