Job Description

We’re hiring a Full‑Time Shuttle Driver to safely transport resort guests and team members throughout our Cocoa Beach property. This on‑site, mid‑level role operates on a 4‑days‑on / 3‑days‑off schedule and requires excellent customer service and safe driving skills. If you have a CDL with a passenger endorsement and enjoy working in a guest-focused environment, this is a great opportunity to join a hospitality‑driven team.

What You’ll Do

• Transport guests and team members along established resort routes
• Assist disabled passengers entering and exiting vehicles
• Communicate with dispatch via radio
• Deliver interoffice mail as needed
• Perform daily vehicle inspections, fueling, and cleaning

Qualifications

• Valid CDL driver’s license with passenger endorsement (P)
• Minimum 1 year of experience driving similar-size vehicles
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Clean and satisfactory driving record
• Ability to complete and maintain required defensive driving / safety training
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift/move up to 20 lbs.
• Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced resort/hospitality environment
