The role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce and Marketing Cloud solutions
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Build and optimize customer journeys, automations, and campaigns in Marketing Cloud
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, connectors, and middleware
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and adherence to best practices
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Salesforce and Marketing Cloud platforms
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Stay current with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud innovations and recommend enhancements
- Support deployment and release management processes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder)
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to enhance personalization, segmentation, and campaign performance
- Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations
- Recent professional consulting experience
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications preferred
- Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing is a plus
