Frontend UX/UI Designer–Developer

Quadax, Inc. is an award‑winning leader in revenue cycle innovation, and they are seeking a full‑time Frontend UX/UI Designer-Developer to shape the next generation of their digital products. In this role, you’ll blend strong UX sensibilities with hands‑on UI development to create clean, intuitive, and user‑centered interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Translate user needs and product goals into thoughtful, intuitive interface designs
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to validate concepts
• Develop modern, accessible UI components that bring UX designs to life
• Establish UI patterns, design standards, and component libraries
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to refine user journeys
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and usability
• Mentor team members in UX principles, design thinking, and frontend best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in UX, HCI, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design and frontend development
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern SPA frameworks (React preferred)
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
• Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design
• Experience working in Agile development environments
