Responsibilities As a Help Desk Technician, you will: Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and self-service requests. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, effectively communicating with end-users to understand and solve equipment problems. Set up, configure, and test computer equipment and peripherals. Maintain detailed records of customer issues, tracking each case through to resolution. Assist in software and hardware updates. Perform PC Moves/Adds/Changes as needed.
Requirements Possess strong hardware and software knowledge. Be proficient in Windows operating systems (Windows 10, etc.), Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Exchange/Outlook. Have experience diagnosing PC hardware problems. Be able to perform basic network functions. Conduct computer remedial and preventative maintenance. Maintain accurate and complete records of customer calls and resolutions. Stay current with technical knowledge of relevant products and support policies.
