The Global Partner Program team develops ecosystem strategy, partner programs, and programmatic go-to-market support for Google Cloud and its partners. Through Google’s Services and Technology partnerships, we seek to accelerate customer outcomes through a thriving partner ecosystem.
As the Global Partner Program Manager for Go-to-Market Programs, this individual will help evolve and redesign our core series of partner programs with a focus on designing programs that accelerate customer value. This role will explore existing programs, initiatives, specializations, and look to enhance, improve and in some cases redesign those areas to build a simple, scalable, globally consistent experience for partners within the Google Cloud Partner Ecosystem.
This role will require working with Partner Operations and Product Engineering functions to automate and simplify the processes underlying these programs to ensure they scale with Google Cloud’s rocketship growth. At the same time, this role will ensure these programs are well-received in the field partner organizations and sales teams around the globe.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
