The core responsibilities of this role include: Minimum 1 year experience in customer service and using WMS (warehouse management system) such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP,etc.
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also have the following skill: The position will require timely effective communication with the customer to remedy order verifications, providing order information as required upon notification and updating orders upon request. Ordering trucks via the system portal for scheduled outbound truck loads. Collaborating with management and floor personnel to encourage timely shipping of orders to ensure SLAs are achieved. Partnering with all business units to assist with duties which may include processing orders, quality checks, order management and various task as needed.

Role Purpose:
The primary duty of this position is to expedite transactions through the warehouse management system. Taskers provide information and resolve issues with customers, carriers, and warehouse associates. The role may support the outbound, inbound or parcel functions.
