The Senior Product Manager owns the strategy and execution for engagement-focused workflows within Relias’ Employee Engagement and Retention Platform – including career development, progression pathways, engagement loops, Pulse Surveys, Recognition, Manager Dashboards, and Mobile Experiences. The Senior Product Manager will act as the leader of cross-functional teams consisting of Product, User Experience, and Engineering to deliver against our product strategy. This role drives high-frequency, intuitive touchpoints that generate high-quality signals for an advanced predictive model that evaluates the risk of clinical employees’ attrition and engagement, that increases frontline participation, and empowers managers to act, address key customer pain points, create business value, and differentiate Relias in the market.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Leading and participating in the development of modules that support career development, progression pathways, and engagement loops (clinical & leadership tracks), Pulse Surveys & Sentiment, Recognition, manager dashboards, and mobile frontline experiences to support the strategic positioning of Relias solutions in the healthcare market

Influence and align executive stakeholders, sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering on product vision, priorities, and trade-offs.

Build trust and credibility by balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Leveraging market sizing (TAM, SAM) and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities and use financial models to support investment decisions.

Formulating and testing hypotheses using customer insights, data analysis, and experimentation to drive decision-making.

Lead the discovery process through qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs, opportunities, and pain points with a focus on clinical personas in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

Establishing and tracking key business and product metrics such as retention, activation, engagement, and revenue impact. Analyzing metrics and trends for insights.

Working closely with engineering and UX teams to break down complex problems into iterative solutions and development milestones, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategy. Partner with UX to design accessible, mobile-first flows (WCAG 2.2, AA, glanceable UI, thumb-reachable controls, limited typing, etc.)

Providing business and market context to the development team

Defining clear, measurable outcomes and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams

Defining and refining detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that ensure clarity and execution alignment

Driving sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder alignment to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery

Deliver Manager Dashboards with risk heatmaps, action centers, rounding/1:1 trackers, and progression indicators. Define smart nudges and intervention libraries, measure follow-through and impact on the signals that feed into the advanced predictive model.

Facilitating and performing demos for both technical and business stakeholders

Creating product documentation including release notes, FAQ’s and Launch Briefs

Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop commercialization strategies for Relias products, features, and acquisition migrations, ensuring strong adoption and positioning.

Define release criteria, instrumentation plans, and success metrics to ensure product quality and measurable impact. Run A/B tests and experiments to improve adoption and outcomes.

Conduct post-launch analysis and iteration cycles to continuously improve the product based on real-world performance.

Defining and improving product management best practices for Relias, mentoring teammates

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

Track record designing and shipping workflow products with strong UX and adoption outcomes.

Expertise in behavioral engagement design, change management, and accessibility for shift-based clinical work.

Experience integrating HRIS, scheduling, LMS and Compliance systems.

Ability to evaluate and prioritize GenAI use cases aligned to user and platform strategy.

Proven ability to deliver solutions to business problems, assessing risks and data to inform prioritization.

Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.

Experience with agile development process, User Experience, and customer discovery

Experience with feature and business planning and go to market of new products

Understanding of business requirements of internal functions like sales, engineering and marketing

Understanding of contemporary technologies and their applicability to solve healthcare business problems

Can-do attitude with ability to get things done under minimal supervision and drive results across cross functional teams

Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid presentation skills, and proven ability to run effective meetings

Very strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve results through influence

Ability to evaluate and prioritize Generative AI use cases based on GenAI capabilities and limitations, aligned with user needs and platform strategy

9+ years of experience in product management in SaaS and/or healthcare industry

Bachelor’s Degree
