Deep Cleaner

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

This position requires extensive knowledge of the floor care equipment as well as floor care cleaning processes, procedures and chemical usage. Deep Cleaner provides excellent customer service to employees and vendors in all situations. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Horseshoe Indianapolis policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, and Indiana Gaming Regulations. All other duties assigned by management. Note – this position will not involve any function involving casino gambling by patrons. 

QUALFICATIONS Experience in cleaning, janitorial or housekeeping preferred. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to obtain an Indiana Horse Racing Commission (IHRC) License. Must possess good interpersonal skills. Be available to work various shifts, weekends and holidays.
