Position Summary
Entrega is seeking a highly structured and execution-driven Strategic Program Manager to support the Director of Service Performance Management (SPM) in planning, orchestrating, and driving cross-functional strategic initiatives across the organization.
This role owns Corporate Initiative Management (CIM) programs and serves as the execution engine for the SPM initiative portfolio. The Strategic Program Manager will translate executive priorities into structured implementation plans, enforce governance cadence, track performance milestones, and ensure enterprise-level initiatives move from strategy to disciplined execution.
This is not a traditional project management role. This is a transformation execution role responsible for driving clarity, accountability, and measurable outcomes across functions.
This position is primarily in-office to enable close collaboration with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
