Job Summary
Acting as team lead/supervisor for Neurosurgery teams at William Beaumont University Hospital (Royal Oak) and Dearborn campuses. 80% of time spent working on each team clinically to support clinical operations. 20% of time spent with administrative duties including team scheduling, refining and updating orientation materials, team credentials and certifications maintenance, staff performance and evaluations, resident and physician collaboration, and service line best practice process improvement.

Essential Functions
Qualifications
Required Bachelor's Degree AMA recognized PA program that is accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for Physician Assistants and meet requirements of the state.
Required Master's Degree Science/Physician Assistant or Masters Degree in Nursing.
3 years of relevant experience Clinical Practice as an APP is required
1 year of relevant experience In a leadership role is preferred
LIC-Physician Assistant - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required Or
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire required
CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required
CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
CRT-Physician Asst Certified (PA-C) - NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants Upon Hire required
