Job Status: Full-time (1.0 FTE / 40 hours weekly)
Salary: $35.75 to $44.36 / hourly, based on experience
Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Work Location: Within and surrounding areas of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin
Requirements
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification, required
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin – required
- Current, valid Wisconsin driver’s license – required
- At least one year of home health experience – preferred
