Position Type: Full-time (0.8 FTE or part-time options available)
Pay Range: $37.00–$45.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
On-Call Pay:
- 1-Week On-Call: Starts Friday at 4:30 PM and ends the following Friday at 8:00 AM.
- 24-Hour Weekend On-Call: Required every 5th or 6th weekend.
- Eligible team members receive an additional incentive for fulfilling these on-call duties.
Location: Serving Poynette, WI and surrounding areas
Requirements
- Must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
- Must possess a current and valid driver’s license
- Prior home health experience (minimum of one year) preferred
