Pay Range: $28.42 - $35.53 / hour; based on experience and state.
Hours: Monday - Friday; 1-2 days hybrid in Denver, Colorado.
The Construction Coordinator supports the Project Management team in all aspects of new and remodeled club openings. Serving as a key liaison between the Construction and Finance departments, the Construction Coordinator oversees transactional processes including vendor invoices, draws, lien waivers and releases, notarizations, change orders, bill entry, and coding. This position is integral in ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing, and smooth coordination across departments to support successful construction projects.
Support efficient processes by coordinating calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements, preparing presentation materials with key stakeholders, and composing and organizing detailed meeting notes
Assist the Project Managers with site specific scheduling such as bid packages, permit and plan approval routing, plan approval and tracking through Landlords, and coordinating access for surveying vendors
Maintain cross-functional partnership with internal teams, external vendors, and general contractors, upholding consistent follow-up to obtain quotes, material ordering, project information, and forms
Manage documentation, forms, and correspondence, conducting organized intake, filing and retrieval of information related to new construction and remodels
Assist with recurring project tasks such as receiving, tracking, and tagging project materials
Leverage municipal websites and liaison with applicable departments for new and ongoing renewal of licenses, permits, and code requirements
Act as administrative support for online Construction Design and Management System (CDMS)
Collaborate with Finance teams to maintain accurate project budget actuals by tracking and reconciling established budgets and processing billing items for review and approval
Own office management processes including supply orders, event coordination, meeting and calendar coordination, and assist leadership with ad-hoc needs
