Bring to the Table:

- Experience in full-service kitchens (grill, broil, sauté, and fry stations—we got it all).
- Skills in food handling, storage, and all things prep.
- Positive vibes and teamwork with both front-of-house and back-of-house.
- Curiosity to learn, grow, and level up your kitchen skills.
- Valid Food Handler’s card.
- Excitement to dive deeper into Japanese cuisine and beverages.
Preferred: At least a year in a high-energy, fast-paced kitchen.
