Field Data Capture Business Support Analyst

In the Analyst, Field Data Capture Business Support, you will apply your analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to provide effective technical and process support for the Field Operations team and the PM Suite / Field Data Capture system. You will have the opportunity to interact with and support various business units within Canadian Natural and develop strong working relationships within these areas.

• Shift schedule: 5 x 2, 8-hour shifts

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage the configuration and support of FDC Applications (PM Suite, Energy Components, Prodview) to meet the business objectives of Field Operations 
• Provide practicable solutions or guidance for usage of FDC Applications based on business workflow and needs
• Develop operational processes and identify process improvements in a team environment, including utilizing existing FDC Applications functions, and/or customizing new functions using FDC Applications extension framework 
• Support field operations, production accounting and marketing business areas
• Create and maintain implementation and monitoring plans, operational support models, process documentation, and system/application diagrams
• Special Projects as assigned by the Supervisor
• May require field travel and assist in after-hours support

What You Bring to the Role:

• Typically, 4 plus years of warehouse or inventory experience within any industry (retail, transportation, commercial, shipping, courier, etc.)
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and experience operating a forklift
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Parts or Materials Technician Apprentice/Journeyman Certification considered an asset
