Position Overview:
The Site Security Scheduling Supervisor supports daily operations by coordinating employee scheduling, maintaining administrative processes, ability to interview candidates, review invoices, assist with on-site management of staff, and ensuring compliance with the collective agreement, company policies, and client contractual obligations. This role is critical in maintaining staffing levels across assigned sites while balancing operational needs, union requirements, and employee relations in a unionized security environment. The position reflects Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
Compensation: $26.00 to $28.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Workforce Management
Create, maintain, and adjust schedules to ensure proper coverage for our client’s site in accordance with operational requirements and collective agreement provisions.
Assign shifts based on seniority, availability, qualification, and union rules where applicable.
Coordinate last-minute coverage, call-offs, vacation requests, and shift changes while minimizing overtime costs.
Maintain accurate scheduling records in WFM system.
Monitor trends and provide recommendation to leadership regarding staffing efficiencies.
Administrative & Operational Support:
Provide administrative support to District Manager and Site Manager.
Maintain employee files, licensing records, training certifications, and documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Assist with onboarding interviews and administration, uniform and equipment tracking, and access credentials.
Prepare operational reports, schedules, and correspondence.
Payroll & Reporting Support
Verify schedules and hours for payroll accuracy and timely submission.
Track absences, overtimes, and leave of absence.
Support reporting related to staffing levels, vacancies, and workforce utilization.
Employee & Client Communication
Act as a primary point of contact for scheduling inquiries from security guards and supervisors.
Maintain professional and respectful communication wit employees, clients, and stakeholders.
Support a positive workplace culture aligned with Securitas values.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous scheduling or administrative experience, preferably in a unionized security service environment.
Knowledge of collective agreements and unionized workplace practices.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Work Conditions
Monday to Friday working hours may vary between 07:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Required to work in office.
May require frequent travelling to various branch offices.
