About the role

This role will be based at Osborne Park with the Operations Project Delivery Team (TaRR). This position will be representing the needs and requirements of asset management and other stakeholders in the successful delivery of fit for purpose minor Projects which meet operational, asset management, financial, environmental and social requirements.

What you can expect with this role

• Representing, as part of the project team, asset management and operational stakeholders by being a single point of contact through the project lifecycle
• The delivery of Major Cat C Projects & Minor Cat D Projects
• Identifying key stakeholders of the project and the appropriate support resources required
• Undertaking early identification and resolution of key stakeholder issues relating to project delivery and design
• Liaise with key stakeholders throughout the project delivery to keep them informed of all business impacts and risks presented by the project
• Assisting in the preparation of capital investment project business cases by ensuring that business interests are considered
• Assist in the development of the User Requirements Register and ensure that defined requirements regarding safety, environment, reliability, operability and maintainability are fully considered throughout the asset creation process.
• Managing a small team of Project Leaders

Your skills and experience

For this role, we are looking for great talent with:

• Degree level qualification in a relevant field and/or extensive equivalent work experience in Project Management / Project Engineering
• Relevant experience in and demonstrated capability of managing, leading, developing and deploying people to enhance business capability.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, budgets, and contractor performance in a utility or infrastructure environment.
