Testament to our growth and success, we're now looking for an experience Panel Team Leader to join us in Fyshwick. Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair is essential for this role.

About you:
- Certificate III - Automotive Body Repair is essential.
- Demonstrated experienced in a similar role.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and working as part of a team.
- Ability to schedule and forecast work to team members.
- Able to provide assistance for team members to complete repair/paint/assemble as required.
- Coach and develop team to improve capability and productivity.
- Follow safe work processes and procedures.
- Have full Australian working rights.
