We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks. You can be part of the team.

What will your day-to-day look like?
You will assist in the preparation of Customs Declarations, data updates, and other administrative tasks that may arise on a daily basis.
You will process customs documents with official authorities.
You will be in contact with both internal and external customers, by phone or email, in at least two languages: Spanish and English.
You will handle customer calls providing information for customs clearance or addressing their questions regarding customs procedures.
You will liaise with other departments in the company, mainly Billing and Operations, to provide a quality service to customers.
You will work as part of the team in your center to help achieve the company’s objectives, offering the best possible service for worldwide shipments while ensuring compliance with Customs regulations.

What do we expect from you?
Vocational Training studies are essential (a completed or ongoing university degree will be valued).
A proactive attitude, flexibility, and strong organizational skills.
Previous experience in a similar role will be valued.
Intermediate level of English is essential.
Good communication skills.
Basic IT knowledge at user level.
Knowledge of Foreign Trade will be valued.
Availability to work 14:00–22:00 (Monday–Friday).
