The Ideal Candidate
- Proven HR leadership experience in a fast-paced FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
- Multi-site experience is essential, with the ability to manage priorities across four distinct locations.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to align people plans to business performance.
- Strong experience managing trade union relationships and handling complex ER cases.
- A proactive, hands-on leader who balances vision with practical delivery.
- Deep understanding of GB/NI employment law and HR best practices.
- CIPD level 5 or above (or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential.

- Foster Engagement: Be highly visible across all locations, actively connecting with teams to build trust and encourage participation.
- Operational Support: Utilise expertise in workforce planning to ensure the business has the right capabilities to deliver across the region.
- Employee Relations: Manage trade union relationships and handle complex ER cases to support a stable and productive work environment.
- Commercial Awareness: Act as a commercially aware leader, aligning the people plan directly to business performance.
