Assists management in maintaining a comprehensive monitoring program and conducting a wide range of administrative and monitoring activities across both Custodians and Fund Managers (including their delegates).
Performs root-cause analysis of exceptions and resolves complex queries. May review work completed by junior support staff. Assists more junior level t staff in resolving more complex queries. Escalates issues as needed. Assists more senior colleagues in the investigation of any errors on the fund to satisfactory conclusion. Assesses and ensures all Ownership tasks have been completed and ready for sign off, with responsibility for their accuracy and completeness. Ensures all required reports are completed, with responsibility for their accuracy and completeness. Interacts with senior team members to provide feedback on specific issues or technology, taking a leadership role in driving improvements and resolving issues. May assist in testing of new/revised technology and providing feedback for improvement. No direct reports, provides guidance to less experienced team members as needed. Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
Modified based upon local regulations/requirements. Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. (1-2 years of total work experience is preferred. Financial industry experience preferred.
