As the Principal - SAP-SAP S4HANA EWM, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative and effective SAP EWM solutions to our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring project teams, ensuring successful implementations, and providing strategic direction. With a deep understanding of EWM processes and SAP ECC modules, you will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions, driving process improvements and efficient warehouse operations.
- Lead and manage SAP EWM and S4 HANA projects, ensuring timely and successful implementations.
- Architect and design SAP EWM solutions, considering client requirements and industry best practices.
- Implement and configure SAP EWM modules, including POSC, LOSC, WOCR, and VAS, to optimize warehouse processes.
- Analyze existing client systems and propose improvements, translating them into effective SAP EWM solutions.
- Supervise and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage client engagements, ensuring effective communication and relationship building.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP EWM and S4 HANA developments, and provide strategic direction to the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP EWM with other ECC modules like MM, SD, PP, and QM.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams on SAP EWM functionalities.
- Extensive experience in SAP EWM and S4 HANA, with a focus on warehouse management and process optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of EWM processes, including Inbound, Outbound, Internal warehouse movements, and Physical Inventory.
- Hands-on experience in setting up warehouse configurations with POSC, LOSC, WOCR, Wave picking, and VAS.
- Functional proficiency in Green field Implementations, Rollouts, and Upgradation in SAP EWM.
- Sound understanding and integration knowledge of SAP ECC modules, especially MM, SD, PP, and QM.
- Experience in leading and managing SAP EWM projects, including client engagements and team supervision.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- SAP EWM certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- A proven track record of successful SAP EWM implementations and client satisfaction.
