Field Engineer (Steam Turbines)

ENTRUST Solutions Group is a community of dedicated professionals providing engineering solutions to global power providers. They are seeking a Sr. Consultant to support steam turbine outage activities, acting as an Owner's Representative and ensuring transparency and accuracy in reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Act as an Owner's Representative, Field Engineer, or Technical Advisor on-site, providing invaluable support for steam turbine outage activities for power plant owners and operators
• Offer detailed reporting and documentation of site and vendor activities to ensure transparency and accuracy
• Support outage planning remotely when needed, showcasing adaptability and commitment to project success
• Regularly interface with ENTRUST turbine and generator engineers to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Utilize technical expertise in overhaul practices, NDE inspections, outage QA/QC, and troubleshooting steam turbine and generator equipment to ensure high standards and operational excellence

Requirements:

• 10+ years of field experience, or related experience, supporting steam turbines
• Ability to travel and work on client sites for extended periods of time (such as major steam turbine outages)
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent technical degree
