Salesforce Health Cloud Developer

TECHOHANA is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong Health Cloud expertise to support the development and enhancement of a healthcare-focused application built on the Salesforce platform. The role will focus on scalable development, managed package best practices, and secure integrations within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions within Salesforce Health Cloud
• Contribute to managed package development, including versioning, namespace management, and release processes
• Build and optimize Apex classes (triggers, batch, queueable, async processing, platform events) with strong security enforcement (CRUD/FLS)
• Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and leverage declarative tools where appropriate
• Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth authentication
• Support CI/CD pipelines using SFDX, scratch orgs, and source-driven development practices
• Ensure code quality through testing, performance tuning, and adherence to AppExchange security standards

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, including hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or similar healthcare-focused implementations
• Experience developing managed or native applications within the Salesforce platform
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and modern deployment practices
• Familiarity with packaging strategies, version control, and namespace management
• Exposure to healthcare data workflows and ETL processes
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external databases or cloud data platforms (e.g., PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools and data validation processes
• Relevant certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect are a plus
