Non- IT Business Analyst 3

Peak Performers is partnering with a managed care organization to find a remote Non-IT Business Analyst 3. The role involves supporting cross-functional areas within Provider Operations, ensuring accurate provider registration, and creating reliable documentation for stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage all communication channels to complete assignments. For example- Teams, email and phone calls/meetings
• Research, analyze and document based on project needs
• Make recommendations based on analysis and ongoing research and monitoring
• Create formal documentation based on the business needs
• Present to leadership
• Develop relationships with cross-functional teams and engage with them to learn more about the business and the business needs to solve problems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• IIBA Membership – CCBA or CBAP required
• Project management experience preferred
