Maven Companies Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager specializing in Data Reporting. The role involves managing program operations, streamlining processes, and enhancing data reporting capabilities while collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Experience: 5-10 years in program management or operations within a technology company
- Technical Data Skills: Must be able to write SQL to query databases and possess advanced proficiency in Salesforce (navigating objects, creating reports, and extracting data)
- Process Improvement: Proven track record of streamlining operational processes between marketing and program teams
- Analytical Rigor: Strong proficiency in data analysis and Google Sheets. You can take raw data and turn it into actionable recommendations
- Communication: Proven ability to create clarity in complex environments. Experience developing materials for leadership (SteerCos, QBRs) is a strong plus
- Agility: Ability to multitask across various stakeholders and adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business needs
- Experience within a partner organization; familiarity with partner ecosystems, channel marketing, or partner portals
- Experience with project management tools like Asana and content management systems like Highspot
- Background in growth-stage internet or software companies
- Experience with financial analysis and budget management to evaluate partner-related ROI
- Blend of program/project management
- Working with Complex processes and launching benefits to partner cohort
- Looking for someone to cleanup and streamline current state
- Pulling reporting and able to use Asana
- Comfortable Project managing
- Interfacing multiple different teams
- Global Partnerships
- Customer Success
- Partner Marketing teams
- Working closely with the other Kforce consultants
- Launching projects and keeping the team organized
- Feeling comfortable reaching out to stakeholders and driving process
