Senior HR Operations & Benefits Generalist

Verbit.ai is a company focused on making video and audio content accessible to everyone. They are seeking a Senior HR Operations & Benefits Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across the United States and Canada, ensuring a seamless and compliant employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead administration of employee benefits and leave programs across the United States and Canada
• Manage annual benefits renewals and Open Enrollment in partnership with existing brokers and vendors
• Handle ongoing benefits operations, employee inquiries, and leave cases in compliance with federal and multi-state regulations
• Partner on recruiting processes across the US and Canada, including coordination, candidate experience, and process execution, in collaboration with HR colleagues
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
• Maintain and update employee records related to hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and terminations
• Ensure data accuracy across HR systems (ADP, HiBob, and internal platforms)
• Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows, documentation, and operational efficiency
• Support audits and reporting requirements as needed
