Full Stack Software Engineer, Banking

OnePay is a consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better. As a Software Engineer on the Banking Team, you will design and deliver new features that scale with the growing customer base and help ensure a seamless mobile experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver new features that scale with our growing customer base and help ensure a seamless mobile experience
• Collaborate closely with other engineers to ship high-quality code
• Create and maintain clear documentation — a must-have for a growing, remote organization
• Tackle complex challenges at scale, including sensitive financial data and real-time money movement

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional experience shipping and scaling user-facing applications or backend services
• Experience working on mobile or frontend applications — ideally with React Native or similar frameworks
• Passion for your craft and care for the people you work with — you value quality across code, communication, and culture
• Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
• Familiarity with functional programming concepts
