Booster is building a tech-powered energy supply chain for modern transportation, aiming to deliver fuels more efficiently and sustainably. The Product Experience Designer will lead UX/UI design projects, create intuitive digital experiences, and collaborate with various teams to enhance the brand's visual communication across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically lead UI/UX design projects from concept to implementation
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive, elegant digital experiences
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Influence product roadmaps to elevate user experience and visual coherence
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems that integrate brand and product expression
- Elevate and evolve Booster’s visual language across digital product experiences
- Translate abstract concepts (logistics, fuel delivery, IoT systems, operational efficiency) into clear, compelling visual narratives
- Design diagrams, infographics, pitch materials, and visual frameworks that help articulate product value
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to create visually strong collateral, presentations, landing pages, and campaign assets
- Develop visual storytelling systems that communicate Booster’s mission, differentiation, and impact
- Ensure typography, layout systems, iconography, and motion contribute to a distinctive and cohesive brand experience
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
- Work with Marketing to ensure brand consistency across customer touchpoints
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback thoughtfully
- Champion a high bar for craft, clarity, and consistency across all outputs
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Digital Design roles with a strong brand and graphic design foundation
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking, high-craft UI design, brand systems, and visual storytelling (including diagrams, presentations, or marketing/value communication work)
- Deep understanding of typography, grid systems, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing cohesive design systems that integrate brand and product
- Ability to visualize complex systems and workflows in simple, elegant ways
- Experience with B2B SaaS products preferred (IoT or operational platforms a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design strategy and narrative
- Experience building or evolving brand identity within a product-led company
- Experience supporting sales enablement or executive storytelling through design
- Motion design or interactive storytelling experience
- A systems-thinking mindset with a strong point of view on craft
