Payroll Specialist

AspiringIT is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their Americas Payroll team. This role is responsible for processing and auditing payroll for employees across Canada and the US, while also supporting payroll system implementation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Process and audit payroll for US and Canada employees
• Collaborate with ADP GlobalView and internal teams (HR, Finance, etc.)
• Assist in payroll platform integration and system upgrades
• Maintain compliance with tax and legislative requirements
• Reconcile payroll data, remittances, and year-end filings
• Support ESPP, Stock Options, pensions, and GL reporting
• Provide excellent support to employees and stakeholders
