Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Principal Digital Product Manager to lead strategic product initiatives in the area of digital subscriptions and payments. The role involves defining product strategy, guiding multiple product teams, and representing the product group at the executive level while ensuring alignment with business impacts.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive strategy for a product group or portfolio with multiple dependencies
- Lead strategic planning and prioritization in partnership with senior product, engineering, and commercial leaders
- Guide the work of multiple product teams, ensuring cohesion, clarity, and accountability
- Deeply understand customer journeys and market dynamics to inform platform evolution
- Track and report business outcomes, adoption metrics, and financial performance
- Coach PMs across teams and help shape the organization's product management discipline
- Represent your product group in steering committees, exec reviews, and roadmap alignment forums
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate communication, and drive execution
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, market research, and business case analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations
- Proven ability to lead without authority and influence across senior leadership
- Product leader with deep experience in paid digital products and subscription models
- Strong in payments, pricing strategy, financial modeling, and cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal
- Experience building a scalable Contract-to-Collect capability that enables self-service activation, recurring billing, global payment acceptance, and full subscription lifecycle management
