Hyland is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support Corporate Finance by partnering closely with G&A functions across the organization. This role involves delivering financial planning, decision support, and analysis to inform executive decision-making, while also owning monthly management reporting and supporting cyclical planning activities.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain forward-looking forecasts and financial models that support investment decisions, resource allocation, and performance management
- Serve as the primary FP&A partner to functional leaders, delivering deep financial analysis, scenario evaluation, and recommendations to support new and ongoing initiatives
- Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights and predictive analyses that directly influence business decisions
- Own monthly and quarterly management reporting end-to-end, including variance analysis, executive-level commentary, and identification of key drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Leverage and connect data across planning, reporting, and visualization tools (including Adaptive Planning, Power BI, and Excel-based reporting) to ensure consistency, transparency, and insight across forecasts and actuals
- Ensure a high standard of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all analyses, models, and reports, with a strong focus on data integrity and audit-ready outputs
- Lead analytical workstreams across teams by integrating data from multiple systems and sources to support strategic decision-making
- Act as a go-to finance advisor for stakeholders by providing perspective on trends, trade-offs, and implications impacting financial and operational outcomes
- Identify and implement improvements to forecasting, reporting, metrics, and analytical processes to increase efficiency, clarity, and decision usefulness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years of related experience in a senior financial or strategic role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a professional demeanor and executive presence
- Strong organizational, multi‑tasking, and time‑management skills
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport, gain trust, and work effectively across all levels
