Tetrix is a fast-growing startup on a mission to empower institutional investors to confidently invest in alternative markets. The Senior Recruiter will be instrumental in finding top talent, shaping recruiting strategies, and marketing the company to potential candidates.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll recruit – You’ll spend time in various tools to help us find the best available talent across various roles that we are hiring for
- You’ll brainstorm – We’re not looking for someone to just "do the job"—we want you in the room helping us shape our recruiting strategy
- You’ll lay the foundations - We have already brought in tools like Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter, but will need your help up-leveling our talent stack
- You’ll market us to candidates - Whether it is attending job fairs, conferences or other avenues, you will help build the inbound funnel into Tetrix
