They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to prospect and build a pipeline of referrals for their Inside Sales Team, offering an entry-level opportunity for driven candidates looking to start their careers in sales and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified leads by contacting prospective customers via outbound phone calls and emails
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments
- Tracking all contacts and activity in CRM database
- Qualifying prospects by using strategic questioning techniques
- Being comfortable in a sales role and engaging on the telephone
- Exhibiting outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Identifying and overcoming objections and executing follow-up actions
- Demonstrating high degree of motivation, integrity, and competence to work in a fast paced team environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- PC-literate with some Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Sales experience (retail or other) preferred
