Business Systems Analyst III

Horizontal Talent is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to enhance complex backend and enterprise workflows. In this role, you will collaborate with technical and business teams to develop effective solutions that align with organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business units to gather and translate requirements for developers
• Analyze user needs to automate or improve existing systems and workflows
• Coordinate computer systems to enhance compatibility and facilitate information sharing
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support system implementation decisions
• Consult with management to align system principles and expand functionalities

Requirements:

• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and integration
• Strong understanding of APIs, data mapping, and system integration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience with mobile applications or field service platforms
• Familiarity with API tools like Postman or Swagger
• Exposure to DevOps, cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and ETL processes
• Experience in a large enterprise or field-based service environment
