Akamas is a software platform that reshapes IT performance optimization through AI and automation. They are seeking a Sales Engineer who will support the US sales team in pre-sales activities, deliver technical guidance to prospective customers, and lead proof-of-concept projects.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver compelling product demos to showcase Akamas’ capabilities
- Manage and resolve technical inquiries during the sales process
- Analyze customer requirements to design tailored solutions and PoC proposals
- Lead and execute PoC projects, ensuring validation of solution fit and smooth integration in the customer environment
- Prepare technical adoption proposals and assist in sizing licenses based on customer usage
- Respond to RFI/RFP requests with clear and detailed technical information
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with customer requirements
- Serve as the technical advisor for early US customers, bridging the gap between sales and customer success
