Implementation Project Manager

MeridianLink is a company focused on delivering implementation and ongoing managed services to its customers. The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the full life cycle of project initiation and deployment, ensuring effective communication and management of company projects.

Responsibilities:

• Predict potential problems within projects
• Assist in tracking company goals and timelines
• Produce or improve documentation
• Facilitate communication with ML departments and senior roles
• Manage unique company projects by creating implementation strategies, setting goals, scheduling, delegating tasks, and monitoring progress
• Provide guidance and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Requirements:

• Ability to handle work assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
• Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities
