Great Opportunity for Experienced Maintenance Tech!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Light Electrical (replacing and installing switches, sockets, light bulbs)
Drywall and special projects as needed
Plumbing (replace sinks and toilets)
Pressure washing and painting
Light carpentry
Maintaining pool area to include blowing deck, cleaning pool furniture, pressure washing and picking up palms fronds
Delegate and ensure timely completion of projects

Pay Scale: Up to $23 DOE Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm 1hr Lunch
