
Job Description:
-Set up bar, requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits and paper products
-Perform all closing duties including cleaning the bar and lounge area
-Greet and engage with guests at the bar and lounge area in a courteous and friendly manner
-Abide by all state, federal and hotel requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages and practice prudent portion control
Required Skills & Abilities:
-At least one (1) year of bartending experience required
-Flexible availability to work any shift, including holidays and weekends
-Must have the ability to communicate in English both verbal and written
-Comfortable in working with computers for cashiering duties
-Must be able to stand/walk for at least eight (8) hours
-Able to lift/carry at least 30 pounds
-TABC and Food Handler certification required
