Key Responsibilities

· Assist in data preparation, exploratory analysis, and creation of basic reports or dashboards (role-dependent).

· Support documentation of processes, workflows, and project artifacts.

· Conduct research on industry trends, functional topics, or emerging technologies.

· Prepare presentations and summaries for internal use.

· Collaborate with mentors and teams to deliver assigned tasks in a timely, structured manner.

· Participate in learning modules, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

· Current undergraduate Sophomore in engineering, business, economics, computer science, mathematics, or related fields.

· Strong analytical aptitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

· Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred (Based on Track):

· Basic familiarity with analytics tools (Excel, MS-Word, SQL, Python) or an interest in AI/ML.

· Interest in business operations, process improvement, or research-driven work.
