Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care Supervision – Western NY

Full-Time | $75,000–$80,000/year + $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
Monday–Friday, Daytime Schedule | Office + Community
Envision Benefits Group is assisting a mission-driven home care organization in Western New York with hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a role focused on clinical supervision and care oversight, not floor nursing. This position is ideal for an RN who values predictable weekday hours, meaningful client relationships, and supporting caregivers in the field.
Compensation
- $75,000–$80,000/year
- $3,000 sign-on bonus
- $1,000 at start
- $2,000 upon completion of UAS Certification (as applicable)

What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support PCAs/HHAs (Care Partners) through coaching, oversight, and required supervisory visits
- Complete and maintain care plans, physician orders, and required documentation
- Ensure compliance with home care regulations and organizational standards
- Educate caregivers on clinical procedures, safety, and best practices
- Address client and family concerns professionally and promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams and medical providers to support continuity of care
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Active NYS RN license
- Strong understanding of home care regulations and clinical documentation requirements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
Preferred
- BSN
- 1–2 years of home health/home care experience
