About the Role
As the Maintenance Lead Person, you’ll help coordinate daily maintenance activities, guide and mentor technicians, and jump in handsâon to keep equipment performing at its best. You’ll be a key connection point between shifts, ensuring communication stays clear and issues are addressed quickly.

What We're Looking For
- We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping equipment running at its best and enjoys leading a team through the day’s maintenance needs.
- The ideal candidate is skilled with tools and troubleshooting, communicates clearly across shifts, and stays organized while juggling multiple priorities.
- A strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork is essential, along with the ability to guide, mentor, and support maintenance staff.
- If you bring a positive attitude, solid technical ability, and a steady, reliable work ethic, you’ll be a great fit for this role.
