What You’ll Work On
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to Toyota standards
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently
- Execute multi-point inspections with integrity and clear documentation
- Communicate findings clearly to service advisors
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Follow dealership and manufacturer compliance standards

Performance Expectations
- 40–60+ flat-rate hours per week (based on skill and efficiency)
- Efficiency target: 120%+

What It Takes
- 2+ years prior automotive technician experience
- ASE certifications or Toyota experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Team-first attitude and steady communication
