Job Description

We have an AI-startup client who is looking for a Senior Technical Sorcer. This position is hybrid in either San Francisco or Palo Alto. It is a year-long contract with the strong possibility of converting in full-time. They are open to hiring remotely outside the Bay Area, but will not convert anyone not in the Bay Area.

•  Strong technical sourcer (not full-cycle)

• Builds quality pipelines for hard engineering roles: SRE, Infrastructure, Staff-level Software Engineers

• Can calibrate quickly with hiring managers and improve candidate quality fast networking

Qualifications

• ​​​​​Able to commute to San Francisco or Palo Alto at least one day a week
•  Experience with: passive sourcing, market mapping / talent mapping, infra/platform/SRE hiring, senior/staff/principal engineering searches, startup scaling environments
• Produces well-calibrated technical pipelines (not just volume)
• Works independently across multiple engineering reqs
• Responds well to feedback and adjusts fast
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of machine learning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
