About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
Your Role:
- Review the subscription agreements
- Follow up with investors on missing documentation
- Maintain all electronic and physical investor records
- Maintain bank accounts for funds assigned
- Prepare and review daily and weekly performance releases
- Produce investor statements and correspondence
- Assist with the appropriate handling of Fund Manager and investor calls and emails
- Assist with various projects as assigned
About You:
- You have a post-secondary education
- Ideally have 1-3 years’ experience in Client Services
- Possess excellent MS Office suite skills; strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of hedge or mutual fund industry and concepts an advantage
- Experience in Investor Relations, as it relates to a transfer agency environment is preferred
Salary Range: CAD $50,000 - CAD $60,000
